Do the work
The customer pays when they book, so the payment is already held while you work. Mark the job done in the app when you finish.

Once the customer confirms, your payout goes to your bank through Stripe.

Questions from pros
Yes. Sign up, build your profile and send up to 5 quotes for free, with no plan needed. If you want to send more, paid plans add more quotes each month. You can see the plans in the app.
Skiltap's fee is 10% of the job price, taken from your payout when you get paid. There's no charge per lead or per quote.
After the customer confirms the job is done. If they don't respond within 7 days of you marking it done, the payment is released automatically, unless they've reported a problem. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe.
The payment stays on hold while our team reviews what happened and hears from both sides. We may release the payment, or refund part or all of it to the customer.
If a customer files a chargeback after you've been paid, the disputed amount is taken back from your payout while the dispute is open, and returned to you if the dispute is decided in Skiltap's favor. The details are in Section 4.5 of our Terms.
An iPhone, the services you offer, and a bank account for payouts. You'll verify your identity before your first payout. You're responsible for any licenses and insurance your work requires.
