Do the pros bring a truck?

Some do and some only provide labor. Say what you need in your request, and each quote shows what's included.

Can I book help for just one heavy item?

Yes. Describe the item and where it needs to go, and add a photo so pros can quote accurately.

What should I do about fragile or valuable items?

Point them out in your request and add photos. Once you book, you can message your pros in the app to agree on how they'll be handled.

When does the pro get paid?

After you confirm the job is done. If you don't respond within 7 days of the pro marking it done, the payment is released automatically. If something isn't right, report a problem in the app before you release payment.

3
Book and pay in the app
